Cut a very small piece of the root (like half of a pea)
Boil it in warm milk or water for 3–4 minutes
Drink once a day only
Do NOT chew or eat large pieces (it is very strong)

Grate a small amount of the fresh root
Mix with warm coconut oil
Apply to joints or painful areas
Helps with inflammation & swelling
3️⃣ For Skin (External):
Rub a tiny piece of root on a clean stone with a little water
Make a thin paste
Apply on acne, scars, pigmentation
Wash after 10–15 minutes
4️⃣ For Cold & Congestion:
Add a very small grated piece to hot water
Take steam for 2–3 minutes
Helps clear nasal congestion and supports breathing
