If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required
Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Package photos
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Shipping

For customer-initiated returns (change of mind or incorrect order), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), BotanyAura Co. will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable
