Refund policy


At BotanyAura Co., customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers


Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear product photos

  • Package photos

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.


Return Shipping

  • For customer-initiated returns (change of mind or incorrect order), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), BotanyAura Co. will bear the return shipping cost.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Please note: It may take additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
